Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
